SMARTSCOPE VANTAGE 800
SmartScope Vantage 800
High-Capacity, High-Performance Floor Model Fully 3D Multisensor Dimensional Metrology System for Large Parts
SmartScope® Vantage™ 800 is an extremely accurate floor model coordinate measurement system incorporating scanning probe, touch probe, micro-probes, and the patented TeleStar® Plus TTL laser for versatility and accuracy.
The Vantage 800, with its extensive 790 x 815 x 300 mm XYZ measurement volume (and available 400 mm Z-travel), is designed to measure very large parts. A solid granite bridge platform rests on a sturdy steel support structure and the bridge design limits measured part motion to the Y axis, offering measurement stability. Vantage 800 offers:
Accurate video metrology – TeleStar® telecentric 10:1 zoom optics for the highest level of optical performance
Superb illumination for the best video measurements – Standard profile light, coaxial surface light, and SmartRing™ light illuminate parts from all angles multisensor dimensional measurement
Multisensor versatility – Optional touch probe, off-axis DRS™ laser, on-axis TeleStar TTL interferometric laser, micro-probes, SP25 continuous contact scanning probe, PH10 motorized probe head, and 4th and 5th axis rotary indexers
